Create the new Heideman School Park in the City of Tustin. Construct a new athletic field with lighting, a new exercise loop with lighting, walkways and trails with fitness equipment, a new playground, group gathering space, open space and natural area with tactile experience garden, new skate pod, and restroom. Renovate 2 existing basketball courts with new lighting.
