Description
Improve Poplar Community Park in Tulare County. Construct a perimeter walking/jogging track, playground, community garden, outdoor exercise station area, multi-purpose room and kitchen, and restroom. Renovate soccer/baseball/softball field and add lighting, basketball court, grass field, picnic/BBQ area, parking lot, and landscaping and lighting throughout the park.
