Description
Renovate the Duke Watkins Park in the city of Needles. Construct a new splash pad with Route 66 theme, asphalt pump track, small dog park, restroom, three picnic areas with shade, expression art wall, and parking lot. Renovate existing ball field with lighting, playground with shade, restroom, basketball court with lighting, parking lot, and landscaping throughout the park.
