Description
Expand Bohemian Park in Arden Arcade, located in Sacramento County. Construct a new community center, dog parks, outdoor event patio, community garden, pollinator garden, playgrounds with shade sails, group picnic areas with shelters and kabob BBQ’s, individual picnic tables throughout the park, walking path with fitness stations, restrooms and storage, parking lot, and lighting and landscaping throughout the park. Renovate tennis courts to become multi-use/all in one, pickleball, futsal and basketball courts with lighting.
