Description

Create the new Bridging Horizons Play Park in the City of Visalia. Construct an inclusive playground with shade, water play area with shade, music and story meadow with shade, stage area, 12’ wide bike path with fitness stations, artificial turf open space area, picnic/barbecue area, restroom, two small parking lots, and landscaping and lighting throughout the park.
