Description

Construct a new multi-use court (basketball, pickleball, scooters, skating), three inclusive playgrounds (tot lot, ages 5-12, and swing play area), adventure playground: zip line, ropes course, group picnic site with shade structure, parking lot - asphalt drive aisle with gravel stalls, multi-use grass play field, compacted soil bike trails & skills course, natural surface nature trail, concrete sidewalks, crushed basalt walking/hiking trail, climbing boulder, entry plaza and amphitheater overlook with stage and seating, bathroom bulding, multi-purpose community center (4200 sq. ft. with multi-use play/program area 3810 sq. ft., bathroom area 275 sq.ft., office space/electrical, closet/corridors 115 sq.ft.) with year-round event and play space, botanical garden, nature overlook platforms with interpretive panels and a telescope, interactive fountain (water play), entry monument and kiosk, solar powered security lighting throughout the park, and landscaping througout Lakeridge Park.
