Description

Improve Chapman Park in the city of Chico. Construct a new splash and play area with two picnic pavilions and two picnic structures, a new walking path with lighting, fencing, and four exercise stations, a new restroom, new landscaping throughout the park, and a new pavilion in the existing playground. Renovate existing turf, basketball court and parking lot.
