Description
Create the new Milburn and Dakota Development Project in the City of Fresno. Construct two playgrounds with shade sails, dog park, skate park, rubberized jogging track, exercise area with workout stations, splash park, two multi-use courts, restroom building with outdoor showers and equipment storage, picnic areas with shelters/shade throughout the park, parking lot, and landscaping and lighting throughout the park.
