Description
Create the new Downtown Recreation Center and City Plaza in the City of Corning. Acquire approximately 1.79 acres. Construct a new recreation center with lighting and landscaping, city plaza with shade structure and lighting and landscaping, amphitheater with shade structure, splash pad, music play area, mural, and parking lot with lighting.
