Description
Improve Lincoln Heights Recreation Center. Construct a new synthetic soccer field, shade structures, walking path, public art, fitness equipment, and lighting and landscaping throughout the park. Renovate a BBQ and picnic area, recreation center, playground, basketball court, and parking lot.
