Expand Lincoln Acres Park in the unincorporated community of Lincoln Acres/National City. Construct an open space lawn area, new shaded picnic areas, hardscape including a new RV pad, a new restroom building and parking lot, with new landscaping and lighting throughout the park. Renovate the existing playground, athletic court and Community Room.
