Description
Acquire approximately 1.43 acres of land to construct the new EmPOWERment Park in the County of Sacramento. Construct a fully-inclusive playground, picnic/BBQ areas, restroom, shade structure, community garden, public art, water play area, open space/turf area, court game area, bankshot court, parking lot, and landscaping and lighting throughout the park.
