Create the new Hollister/Kellogg Park in the City of Goleta through the development of 4 acres. Construct a new multi-use playing field, open space area, playground area, picnic area, walking path, restroom, parking lot, site furnishings, fencing, irrigation, native plant/habitat restoration area and miscellaneous landscaping.
