Description
Create a new 2 acre park named Miraloma Park and Community Center to include acquisition of .35 acres in the city of Anaheim. Construct a new Silver- level LEED Community Center through adaptive re-use of a warehouse, perimeter loop trail, playground, splash area, skate plaza, outdoor classroom plaza, picnic and BBQ area, multi-court/events plaza, landscaping, and parking area.
