Description
Construction of the new Yvonne Burke-John D. Ham Park and Community Center in the City of Lynwood to include an 8645 sq. ft. community center, 1320 sq. ft. maintenance building, solar panels, landscaping, and expansion/development of an additional acre of park space with exercise stations.
