Description

Create the new Paramount Fitness Park in the City of Paramount through development of a 9.5 acre parcel. Construct a new rubberized track, synthetic turf sports area, pathways and par course, sand volleyball court, entrance plaza, parking lot, lighting, fencing, and landscaping.
