Description

Create the new Rumrill Park in the City of San Pablo through development of a 4.46 acre parcel. Construct new synthetic turf soccer fields, practice field, bleachers, playground, picnic area, passive open space area, walking paths, restrooms, fencing, lighting, landscaping, and parking lot.
