Description
Create the new Helms Community Center in the City of San Pablo through the development of a .5 acre parcel. Construct a new 10,500 sq. ft. community center, tot corral, edible gardens, skate amenities, entry plaza, community patio, youth multi-use plaza, landscape buffer and parking lot.
