Substantially improve Rainbow Recreation Center Expansion and Park in the City of Oakland. Construct new soccer field, picnic area, outdoor exercise area, community garden, interpretive native plant demonstration butterfly habitat garden, public art, landscaping, pathways, landscaping and lighting. Renovate 4,600 s.f. recreation center, HVAC system, playground, lighting and interpretive signage.
