Description
Expansion of Cesar Chavez Park in the City of Oakland through development of an adjacent .26 acre parcel and improvement of existing park. Construct new playgrounds, practice court for indoor soccer (futbol rapido) with synthetic turf, multipurpose field with synthetic turf, exercise station, picnic area, community garden, lighting, restroom, community art entrance plaza, and landscaping. Renovate existing basketball court.
